Art Roster Artists are raising money for a local business called A Melo Place by creating small-format original paintings and auctioning them on Facebook and in our local Art Museum on November 23, 2013. New artworks will be added daily, so please check Facebook often.
We are also donating a large size artwork for online raffle. This online raffle offers you a chance to own an original oil painting by Aleksander Balos for only $10.00
The work is titled Distort me Dog and was executed in 2007. The painting measures 24” x 33” and is estimated at a value of $10,000. A maximum of 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold. Each buyer can purchase any quantity up to 100 tickets. You can buy your tickets here.
The proceeds will go toward the preservation of a small business called A Melo Place in Mount Shasta, CA.
The drawing will be held at Mount Shasta’s Sisson Museum on November 23, 2013 at approximately 6:30 pm, and will be broadcast live on the Internet
